I hurt my knee at the gym the other night because I am the master of overdoing things on the first day in order to make up for quite a lengthy lethargic past. Yesterday I couldn't go because it hurt so much. Today it's better and Boyfriend and I are going, but NO exercise bike this time!
I hurt my knee at the gym the other night because I am the master of overdoing things on the first day in order to make up for quite a lengthy lethargic past. Yesterday I couldn't go because it hurt so much. Today it's better and Boyfriend and I are going, but NO exercise bike this time!I am continuing the cycles of getting nine, sometimes even ten hours of sleep and waking up tired. Needing two or three cups of coffee at work in the morning. I know some of you will say, "The more you sleep, the more tired you become," but it's not true. I am not oversleeping out of laziness. I am falling asleep at like 10:00 p.m., exhausted, and then I am having a hard time getting up. I don't know what it is, maybe my brain is tired. After all, I am always doing something. But then again, so are tons of other people and they don't have this problem.
